I don't know if you're messing with me! lol.. when you say "I made another video - click the link to see it" (@ about 1:00ish) - trying to click the link on a PC brings up the video controls, so you can't click it!

Good day, I just bought the USED EP-850 model, grt condition but it appears that there should be straight handles to help to come up from inversion and those r missing.
Also, I see some models pix without those handles.
Contacted the co, but searched for the parts and its not there, so any alternative way to come up, with no those handles, pls?

Advice for those with SEVERE back troubles....

When extreme inversion happens in such a short amount of time, it causes the muscles between the discs to naturally tighten up to protect the spine.
I have herd this could cause tension after and even a flair up for some.

The best way to try this is baby step it. Begin extremely slowly, rock back and forth slowly, going lower just bits at a time. Perhaps not even all the way inverted for the first few times. Try resting at an angle that is the most comfortable for you before trying a lower one.
Make sure that you are always relaxed, comfortable and confident as can be the entire time so that the muscles are less likely to tense up.
Lastly do not over do it at first. Only stay inverted for a short amount of time and slowly build up to longer sessions.

Like with so many other things in life, slowly building up to it will make the experience much more enjoyable.  ;)

I would like to know 2 things: #1. How soon after receipt of table should full inversion be attempted, #2, Please advise/show proper wait after you are in the full inversion position to recover back to start position. Many thanks in advance.

Our body isn't meant to be upside down it brings blood flow to the head you can get same benefits from hanging from pull up bar or tree and relax the spine and move hips clock wise and counter clock wise, same benefit don't waste on fancy things that do same benefits, like our knees are meant to move up and down not side to side same thing our body wasn't made to go up side down but up right
