Hi there i just bought the lx9 where can i buy one of these? i live in Australia.

I just ordered this exact one this past week. And it arrived yesterday afternoon 11/3/23 and the teeter shipment box it came in was totally mutilated at the lid with tape all hanging off. Like as if it was already opened by someone during shipping process UPS. There is no power adapter in it. Part no. FS1355. I'll need a replacement shipped.
