notepad can read file srt extension without convert it become to txt extension

Wow, this is one of the most helpful tips I've seen in a long time. Thank you! ... And the cool thing is that it seems to work fine for auto-generated subtitles too. So helpful for longer videos when after the video you want to get a quick refresher of the topics covered.

unhelpful video and advice - then you need manually remove time codes. Is there any way to remove them all at once? Thumb down
