I absolutely love scallops! And you're right! They are great because they cook so fast! You have to be careful because you can overcook them.

I finally received my order of the new blue top seasoning definitely the best seasoning I have ever tried shipped super quick and received in a couple days dan is the best and dan o is seasoning I just placed an order for 6 bottles yall definitely need to make a dan o lemon pepper Seasoning I would definitely buy 6 bottles cause I know yall don't miss

I have always struggled with scallops. I fry the scallops in butter and everytime the scallops get watery and it boils. Does oil have this same problem?

Hey please listen, I believe in you seasoning, no doubt, but Scallops are delicate, no I know why you use unsalted butter because it can take high temps. This process is on the verge if over cooking the out side to get perfect inside, I understand that, if you use salted butter(Land O Lakes) on a med to low medium heat, you bascially baste the scallops with out bruseing the surface, they are not ment to have a crust on them, their ment to melt in your mouth. Sorry, I have to dissagree on the high heat and crust....just baste them in salted butter with out ANY smoke from the pan and they will melt in your mouth.

Y’all ruining food with lemon all the time… Use zest, the citrus overpowers the taste of the food… Squeeze the lemon on ur hands after eating fishy foods, it don’t belong on seafood tho
