That was so helpful! As a long term anxiety and depression sufferer, I was doing great and then recently relapsed. It's definitely a journey. Thankyou for posting, it makes me feel less alone. Well done on your first trip back to the gym ❤

I had been making big shifts in my recovery in the last 18 months but in the last few weeks I've been feeling hopeless again. What you said in this video about taking it slowly with driving with getting down this road then getting over this bridge. That is so encouraging to me and what you said about how it becomes more of a process of how you live all of your life. God hears the aching of our hearts before we finish saying it (Isaiah 65:24). I really needed to hear from someone like you who understands specific things as a wife and a Christian. I've felt so alone.
