This video is going to share a simple trick I recently learned to get more out of forced exhale work. Practicing forced exhales strengthens your diaphragm and other support expiration muscles. It also retrains your diaphragm to be comfortable over a wider range of motion. This all adds up to better breathing for you when you're sitting still or working hard!

i don't think mouth breathing is my challange, i do try to nose breath.
i don't know my issues that give me my pains, but, i Doo feel my peimary issue is in the beginning of what i was questioning about, rib, shoulder, and back of shoulder, pain, my upper back is rounding . (kyphosis like)

besides breathing which i will do, my upper ribs are strained every day, , outcome tight chest sore shoulders, i need some release in my ribs (lower and upper ribs.
