Thule may also be Faröe islands, Shetland islands or Greenland. Strabo, who also travelled there, said that it was inhabited and there were sheep, wheat and low vegetation. So most possibly Thule is the Faröe islands.

There is a very old remote empire in some far place in south of africa that was build by europeans, any race at all from 500bc, who ever they were they went by either nile river or indian ocean to get there. sadly the ruins are all damage and not much exists today, but they were from either europe or aryans or north africa mediterranean cultures...
Same goes for egyptcians going to australia 3000bc... the lánguage there is proto egiptian... it is even older egiptian than any recorded egiptician in egipt
