I'm having a problem with my computer. Whenever I click something in the start menu, such as "computer" or "pictures", I get an Explorer.exe error message saying "system call failed". Also, the icons on my home screen are all white except for three. Recycle bin, MySyncUp, and Play Games all show a folder icon.

Should I end all Explorer.exe's processes, then reboot my computer? This problem occurred after attempting to download Warframe from Steam. My computer worked fine earlier today.
