Computer Help for Free!

I have quite a few tutorials on different areas of computers! fixing problems like viruses and malware, computers errors, cleaning up your computer, increasing and maintaining the speed of the computer. Installing software like operating systems Microsoft windows being just one example, and installing other software like browsers, also anti-virus/malware programs and replacing components and parts.

I also have a complete PC Maintenance course which will keep your computer in excellent working condition for years to come. this consist of 14 tools! that I show you how to use in those tutorials.

All of these tutorials can be applied to desktops, laptops, tablets, net-books and notebooks. I also have a full length video on building a desktop computers, from beginning to end! Every step is shown in detail!

All these video! are very valuable to users who have issues in these areas mentioned! But if you can't find a fix to your particular problem! In that case I would encourage you to tell me what your problem is, and i will make a video tutorial about that problem!

so subscribe and leave comments! If you don't tell me what your problem is i can't help! It's that simple make contact and see if I can fix the problem! or maybe it's just advice you are looking for in a particular area!

Now some problem will take a half hour to fix so there is a €5 or $6.70 charge. So basically €5 for a half hour great value! Because I don't leave anything to chance! I fix the problem or you don't pay! You don't get charged until the issue is fixed! And you are in complete control of payment!

I have a weird problem for my laptop. Ever since November my laptop has run unbearably slow and can’t connect to WiFi. I’ve tried factory resetting but it runs too slow for me to access the settings. Note that my laptop is used for making music, editing, and games so if there is a problem it’s probably for one of those.

I have a D600 that I dropped and busted the screen and a hinge. It has sat around for a long time and now I would like to install the info from the old computer into a new one. Where would be a spot to buy a used computer or could I put the old info on the my desktop?

Hi. I have a question. While trying to set up my laptop, I hit f3 or f10 (not really sure which one). It brought me to a screen to set an admin password as security. I misunderstood and made a password. Now the laptop won't boot up without entering that password. I don't need all that security. Is there a way to get back in and remove the password?

Kevin, my laptop keyboard suddenly stopped working.i was in the middle of typing an email. Now I cant even boot up because the keyboard does not respond I can't use my code.

Hello Mr. Colleran. I have a problem. My computer is 3 years old. I watch A lot of Netflix and Youtube media. It is my main use for my computer-My only entertainment source.   My computer is scarring me.  When I'm watching movies, my computer will "whine" loudly and or "Hum' loudly. It does this until I close out of all running media. It's a bummer because I can't watch a full movie anymore without the fear of this. I don't know what is going on with it. My other past computers did this, and I was afraid they were about shot- I just went out and bought other computer. Well, I can't afford that this time. What do I do?  What could make this happen?   Connie.

I have a massive issue with my windows, it won't let me connect to my wireless network, when I click setup a network it doesn't show the wireless network option and when I go to "manage wireless networks" it says "wireless is not currently enabled"

Hi there! Basically a year ago I installed total war: napoleon game onto my uncles computer, later on when I unistalled to play another game a few months after I wanted to play total war again. Now this program called steam that now runs it won't let me play or install it proper without trying to sell me the game which I already own. Every time I try to reinstall it comes up with a code I have to put in which I have no clue about! Also I signed up to steam and now I can't even send off a complaint or report it cause I haven't even received the email saying I've signed up to steam :/

I installed a transformation pack on my PC byte force told me it was a virus so I attempted to get rid of it, it didn't work so I restarted the PC. once I logged in I got a black screen with a working cursor. with something popping up saying "windows explorer has stopped" followed by "administrator privilagous required" I tryed the methods on google including task manager, when ever I used task manager it just stops. I tryed putting my computer Into safe mode or repair, the boot up screen won't show. SOS help my dad is gonna ki ll me.

Hi, i don't where i can ask, i randomly one of your videos and find this, anyway can you help me out ? i have connected everthing perfectly on my pc it opens sometimes normaly but sometimes it start opening by himself, without any ''beep'' sounds to be heard, its funny because it open and close randomly and it happens in a instant, about a 1 or 2 seconds. sometimes it happens also when i am doing stuff on my computer.

Hi Kevin, I am having a very difficult time getting my admin user account set up.  Accidently deleted it a few weeks ago and now I am restricted on what I can do on my laptop.  Every time I try to change the user account I get this message that I need to contact the administrator for this action.  Please help...it is very frustrating!  Thanks in advance for any tips you might have.   Rita
