*POSITIVE* Home Birth Short Video [UNMEDICATED]

The #SHORT version of my raw home birth video! The 48 minute full video is on my channel under the #PREGNANCYANDBEYOND section. It's as real as it gets. Positive and unmedicated. I wanted to share this in its raw and unedited form so that other moms or soon to be moms who are interested in, thinking about or planning a natural birth or a home birth can see birth and natural birth specifically or even more specifically HOME BIRTH in a positive light. This video is part of a series where I share My Home Birth First Time Mom Tips.
Were my contractions intense? YES! Was my labor "painful"? YES! Did I manage the pain well? YES! This is because I was PREPARED! I prepared so much throughout my entire pregnancy. What I found very helpful was watching YouTube videos of other women successfully birth their babies naturally, with no medication, no epidural, and birth at home!
I want to pay it forward, spread the word, and encourage other women who are low risk and wanting to birth at home. I want them to know that a positive natural home birth is so possible!
I am so grateful I got to have this special and sacred experience with just my husband, midwives, and doula. And I am even more grateful that Kyle captured this footage for me to share with other women for inspiration and educational purposes. I feel like there is so much negativity and fear surrounding labor and birth and I want women to know that it DOESN'T have to be that way.
Labor and birth are all about your mindset and being in your best mental state through educating yourself on labor so that you can remain calm, informed, and unafraid to advocate for yourself and your baby. It is also about your physical state. Keeping your body in the best state possible to make for a smooth labor and birth.
