I am not convinced Doctors are misinformed. They are complicit in that they are “bribed” through “conferences” in high end vacation locations and allowances made for “practice” profit sharing, which is paid by the practice directly to the physicians through the bonus structure. The physicians are part of the machine, and are fully aware of their place in the process….
