the fact that they were LAUGHING about jake peeing every time peter comes in when that is so obviously a sign of how excruciatingly afraid the dog was makes we want to scream. honestly victoria was so restrained.

They're not only bad dog owners, they are bad parents as well... Seeing the mom's reaction to her child getting bitten and then telling her husband "she went to pick him up" as if she didn't instruct her to do so was baffling to say the least.

You can tell that Lisa's brother is used to doing whatever he wants without correction. The brother needs to be re-trained as well.

I inherited an older dog when a friend died. This dog was a terror so I got a dog trainer for a couple of weeks. I followed his instructions and this dog won a competition for the best-behaved dog for two years running in a local competition. I promise you this is true. Dog training works.

Ok, that made me so mad to hear that the brother comes over just to terrorize the dog and they laughed about him having accidents on himself because of it! What in the world!!

This has got to be one of the most infuriating families on this show. Everyone did this poor dog wrong and none of the them want to help. They were more incompetent and apathetic IMO, not so much malicious, except the uncle, what a horrible man!

I’m guessing that Peter is Lisa’s older brother? He probably tormented her when they were kids and that’s why Lisa doesn’t think it’s a big deal. It’s just normal to her

He’s allowing his brother to tease and bully the dog, and then punishing the dog for reacting it. That’s pretty awful when you think about it.

The father really rubbed me the wrong way at first, but he proved to have the most dedication to actually improving the dog's behavior, and he surprised me in a good way with how he ended up processing the criticism he recived.

Her brother is a complete scumbag! Bullying and tormenting a small dog just because he can. Anyone tries that with my dogs (german shepherds) they're banned from my house. At least Michael was trying to do right by the dog. That woman and her brother should be rehomed

It broke my heart when Victoria left, and Jessica gave her one last hug. She was so excited that someone was “finally on her side” and now she’ll never see her again. Started crying..

These owners are so frustrating and have absolutely no respect towards Victoria as a dog trainer, that was asked to come and help with THEIR dog. Seeing, how that got to Victoria, was hearbreaking, but I admire her resilience and commitment to work even in challenging situations, so she can make the most of that time, that she is there.
