I suffer from severe depression and I feared that I would be too depressed to care for my sphynx cat when I got him but although taking care of myself isn’t easy, taking care of him was the easiest task I’ve ever been given. It’s not hard to take care of something when you truly love them in my opinion, taking care of something or someone sometimes even helps taking care of yourself! I don’t know her situation or what caused her to not properly care for her dogs but I hope she’s in a better place mentally and is able to take care of them now

The common problem people have with small dogs is that people don't realize that they're still dogs, not furniture or fashion accessories. It doesn't matter that they're only five pounds and covered with soft, silky hair, they still need someone to walk them and train them.

Due to procrastination and depression it had been over a year since I cleaned my room but my new puppy likes to sleep with me and I didn't want him to be in an environment like that so I spent a while deep cleaning my room and throwing things out that I don't need so that my puppy has a clean environment to be around. I also feel so much better for it too!

Had a roommate like this that neglected her dog all the time. She'd either leave it locked in her room all day or let it roam and do its business everywhere and tear out the trash, scattering it everywhere. The other roommate put her plunger in the kitchen sink. Worst roommate situation ever 🤦🏻
