Crispy Beef Cutlets

Great for sandwiches or as a light snack with some salad

What you need?
1. 6 x minute steaks (thin steaks)
2. Breadcrumbs
3. Chopped fresh Rosemary
4. Pinch of Dukkah (optional)
5. Pinch of Salt and Pepper
6. 2 Eggs
7. 1 tsp chopped Garlic
8. 1 tsp Baking Powder
9. Vegetable Oil for shallow frying

Let's make it!

Bowl 1

Add Breadcrumbs, Rosemary, Dukkah, Salt and Pepper. Mix well

Bowl 2

Add Eggs, Garlic, and Baking Powder. Whisk away!

Putting it all together!

Dip the Steaks in the Egg mixture, then the crumbed mixture. Add to a plate.
If you can, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Fry steaks in Oil, on medium heat for a minute each side (dependent on thickness).
Finally remove and drain on a paper towel.
