My New Favorite Samsung (Is A TV!)

My TV has been seen in the background of nearly every video I’ve shot since our Coronavirus quarantine began, but you probably missed it – and that’s the whole idea. Samsung calls its specialty television “The Frame” for a reason: sure, it’s a 65-inch QLED TV when it’s turned on, but kill the power – and suddenly, it’s a framed painting. And it isn't just showing you a screensaver like a computer monitor would; The Frame is using every trick it can to sell the illusion that it’s a genuine printed image. Between that, the magnetic frame bezels and the flush wall mount with single ultrathin power and data cable ... I simply couldn't resist. When, last November, I saw The Frame at my local electronics store on the first TV-buying expedition of my life, I just had to have it – even though for the price, I could have bought two or three 65" TVs that didn't pull double duty as a "Frame."

My LG OLED actually has a setting like this. It'll cycle through pictures and obviously it doesn't have the border like Samsung's TV, but man does it look REAL, especially the images that have a thick "frame." I've definitely tricked people with it before!

What I like about Michael FIsher's videos are that he seems genuine. He's upfront about what he doesn't know, what he learnt, doesn't fake the information read in the Wikipedia or product catalogue 5 minutes before making a video as knowledge and doesn't behave like an authority on all technologies.

Of-course, one of the few cringe free Youtubers with this kind of production quality. Keep it up Mr. Fisher.

I just watched this review on my Samsung Frame TV. Having a TV that can melt away into a room and just look like a piece of art when not in use is completely worth the extra few hundred bucks to me. The artwork makes your space look so much better than just a big black screen hanging on your wall.

I have the exact same TV but with a black frame. I do love that "reading mode" frame display feature, though I turn it off at night cause it shines in my eyes. The speakers are surprisingly great and the remote is indestructible. However, I've had issues with Netflix randomly stopping and saying there's no internet, which is fixed by unplugging and plugging the TV -_- as all Samsung devices, it costs alot yet has severe bugs that won't be fixed.

I have the Frame TV as well and I absolutely love it. I haven’t experienced any disconnect issues, it’s been running perfectly. I personally think its the most beautiful TV on the market and I wouldn’t settle for anything else.

I have a samsung tv I recently bought and I love that samsung tv plus. I barely watch tv so its perfect for me. Not to mention the easy connectivity to samsung devices.
