Well done. You have tremendous value to those of us who just need practice (like me!). Just an aside, the X~ and Y~ units are (in.), area is (in.)^2. Ax~ and Ay~ have units of (in.)^3. You've done a wonderful job explaining the process (which is more important than units). Keep it up!
