These are excellent tips. Thank you. Personally, I find the recitation of the Serenity Prayer quite calming during times of pressure as well as listening to or humming a Gregorian Chant.

I had my final exam today, wich i canceled last time because i couldnt take the pressure, i didnt think 3 hours would go that quickly and i didnt write anything on the main paper in the first 2 h and 10 minutes and i had 50 minutes to write everything (10 pages) on the main paper, i felt like throwing up, my vision went blurry, my hearth was racing and my head started to hurt, I got defeated by pressure at that time only because of my lack of preparation, im usually very fearless, i've done MMA in the past and im very social, but.... i expect the highest from myself, im a perfectionist and that made me feel so bad, today i was at just the begging of my exam, the first 20 minutes of the 3 hours, i felt good and all, till i remembered the last time and the lack of time, i looked at the clock, i tought for a second that ive wasted to much time and started trembling and my vision went blurry AND i literally had fights before and a lot of things in my life that were suppose to be SCARY or trigger anxiety BUT THIS, this was the worst moment the worst anxiety ive ever felt, and I in my head said "you are not failing this again, you've put your effort into this BE A MAN, the fk is this exam gonna do to you its easy, you know this" i breath HEAVILY i took some DEEP DEEP breaths, and swapped the exercises, i went to an exercise wich was suppose to be more writing and on "MY OPINION" wich couldve taken my brain from the "mechanical" stuff that i shouldve learned from reading and rules and stuff, no just my opinion written correctly, first argument second argument, and i went for that, quickly, i started JUST writing like i would write normally, and my anxiety stopped, than i recovered a little and by the end my anxiety came back at the second hour when i was suppose to almost be finished, ive got blurry vision again and felt like throwing up but than i just stood there, and written my toughts, i started moving heavily and got on the side paper and did some scratches and finished my exam with all subjects covered and everything written on the main paper, felt so much pressure bro.

For the humming part, it sounds like it's prayer. It turns out that prayer is not communication with a supernatural realm. The repetition of prayer is rhythmic like humming, chanting, or singing. It's just how your physical body works and how it influences your emotions. You can pray if you want, but any tune will do. Nothing supernatural about that.

This is just a small part of the spiritual contribution made by India (Bharat) to the world.. we, Indians, use 'Om' and you just 'invented' HUM.. hope the world start recognising Indians for this and also take benefits of different Vedas e.g. Ayurveda etc. for betterment of individual life..

I have tested many CBD oils. I think the CBD from Weedborn is the absolute best.
