So... how come the vast majority of guys I see doing awesome in dating are broke, jobless, move in with a girl instead of getting their own place, cheating on her, then moving in with the next girl, don't plan dates, have drug/alcohol problems... but they're tall and good looking?

And the minute they meet a guy who has their shit together, takes care of themselves, has financial stability, plans dates, communicates, etc... off to the friendzone with ye!

I appreciate you keeping it real with us on things that women value. I don't blame a woman for looking for stability - emotionally, physically because you don't wanna be in a struggle relationship. Now keep in mind that not every woman will like the same things guys so that this as in general until you actually talk to a woman to date. Remember you have to like this woman too.
