I have had the Titan for more than a year now and I really like it a lot, but I do have a concern when charging from my solar panels. Yesterday in full sun the voltage reached 29.7V and it was still charging the battery. I disconnected the panels because I did not want the voltage to go any higher, since 29.7V is way too high for NMC cells (4.24V per cell if the battery is a 7S configuration and perfectly balanced). In this video you mentioned that it would not charge after the voltage reached about 29.0V. Is there a way to adjust the MPPT controllers to lower the absorption and/or float voltages so that it ramps down the solar charging when the battery reaches 29.0V? I would not be able to put LiFePo4 batteries in parallel with the Titan if the solar chargers are going up to 29.7V.

I am a huge fan of Will Prowse cos i watch he's honest review on solar equipment. After his review on your products, I've been longing to get one for myself. I stay in West Africa Nigeria and I need 220v AC pure sine wave output voltage. Is there anything you can do for interested customers from Africa like myself?

Been running mine for almost two years now continuously. But now my panels will not charge the unit. Our 4kw generator charges it but panels won't any longer. I ran through troubleshooting in the manual, tested leads coming from panels for voltage and current so no issue there. So what now?

I ordered my Titan this week. It says that it should be delivered around March 2021. Has anyone gotten their system that ordered it months ago when they said they would be delivered in November? What I am asking, is the website been accurate on their delivery?

Can you please make a video about all th buttons on display and what they do. Like if someone accidently resets the battery level when trying to turn off the lighted screen. ( Which should be mentioned in the manueal but it is not!!) Also maybe some best practices lile best state of charge to store for a long period of time.. PLEASE!!

You will never get 42v from your two solar panels. As the length of the cable from the solar panels to your power station increases, its resistance increases in proportion and the volts delivered drops. Even if your station is right next to the panels you will loose volts due to the resistance created by the electricity running through the wires.
