Thank you for watching!!! I forgot to mention that we skipped ahead to WEEK 4 because Week 2 had zucchini as one of the base foods and I'm the only one who eats it ;)

I downloaded the e book sample on Amazon. It has one week which might be helpful for “trying before you buy” the book.

Hi, Dawn.I'm Yasemin, mom of two, from İstanbul, Turkey. I 've been watching your videos and learning so many things about minimalistic, simple and more organised lifestyle. You' re one of my biggest inspirations. And your videos are helping me so much while i'm trying to manage housework and my daughter and son. But this cookbook is a game changer for me. I ordered it as an ebook and it is like a treasure for me. Thank you very much for everything.

I have an entire page of symptoms that have gone away since I gave up gluten, including all the symptoms of MS.

🤣 “we don’t have bowls either because we’re minimalists”. I sprayed water across my living room and Lol-ed! Tom you say the most unexpected and hilarious things! Dawn...you poor dear! 😂😘

Please keep making these videos. I've been watching your videos in preparation for winter break. I'm a young newlywed with a husband whose persistent disinterest in helping with the household has really challenged our marriage. Your videos are so empowering for me- that I can enjoy my home and promote peace and healing in my marriage over issues of my hectic master school schedule and taking care of the house.

After watching your last video, I went to my local library and checked out this book and made the first meal, I love this system so much I bought the book immediately. It's just me and my husband and he is military and I work in an ER and have 2 autoimmune diseases, so I am tired a lot. My life is changed. Thank you so much for sharing and helping reach out to so many others.

Dawn, God is using you to speak into my life; please give a BIG hug to your friend who introduced you to this cookbook!!!! I truly believe this is an answer to prayer and will help me so much!! Cooking for my family, my parents and my in-laws, my husband and I are in a BUSY season of life. Both working full time, serving in our church and helping our parents trying to find time for healthy meals is challenging. May God bless you and Tom in a mighty way. My husband too for showing me I just needed to keep scrolling down to FINALLY be able to see where I could add a comment!!! Lol

I would definitely like to see more of the weekly cooking!

If some super-prepper wants more meals, they can do two “sets” per week. Six meals, then leftovers would probably take care of night seven!

I cut out gluten when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It helped a lot. Now I’m mostly low-carb, but my family is just whole food eating as much as we can.

The “we have no bowls...” line is going down as a The Minimalist Mom classic. No one has mentioned in the comments anything about the brownie squares stuffed in the middle of Gage’s birthday bundt cake?! I’ll never get to sleep tonight thinking about how awesome that idea is.

Love this, yes, do week 3. I love how you approach everything consistently from the "less is more" viewpoint. I like the idea to learn 4 or 5 weeks then put on repeat!

Yes, show another week! It really helps to know how you tweak them to fit your family's tastes.

After watching many of your videos recently, I want to say I appreciate so much your emphasis on folks being in different "seasons". So true. Often times programs/routines/lifestyles can seem overwhelming and demanding. It's important to understand minimalism looks different on each of us. But we will still benefit. Like when you mention keeping inventory, maybe some folks like to scrapbook, or I myself love cooking and am happy to maintain my extra inventory of cookware and spices. You do a great job making sure it doesn't seem like a cookie cutter lifestyle, but rather emphasize the benefits from the changes overall. Thank you!
