NIKON DSLR REVIEW | Nikon D90 Review | My First DSLR Camera

Hey Dads,

For Christmas a few years ago I got a Nikon D90 DSLR camera, which was my first DSLR camera. As far as pictures are concerned, it takes really great pictures. I'm still learning a lot about it such as night time photography or low light photography. I do wish that the colors were a little more saturated like they are on a Canon DSLR.

When it comes to video this camera is not that great. This was the first DSLR to be able to record video, and it only records at 720p, it doesn't have a port to plug in an external microphone and the internet microphone SUCKS.

If you are creating YouTube videos, I would not recommend this camera, but if you are looking for a camera for photography, then this is a great introductory camera.

I just bought a used nikon d90. wanted it since it came out 10 years ago. lol. my first dslr was a canon rebel 300d (the first digital rebel). this is a great upgrade!

Have used D90 back in 2010, , it was most sort after cam, usually wedding photographers used it along with D40 n D60

same here using D90 since 2009.  still functions still love it. the shutter sound is cheap and high ISO sucks, but all others things I cannot complain.
