Self-Built Tiny house From Recycled Materials - Tiny Home Tour

In this episode, Elizabeth will show us her amazing self-built tiny home and share the story behind it. She built the tiny house all by herself, mostly from recycled materials which reduced the building costs to only 5k euros.
The beautiful tiny house fits perfectly in Elisabeth's garden surrounded by orange trees, olive trees and even almond trees, located in the Andalucia region of Spain. Elisabeth is a musician and true artist who loves creating beauty, gardening, and living a simple and sustainable life.

I'm blown away at how this beautiful soul was able to take a dream and turn it into a lovely little home with no prior experience at building. That takes strength, perseverance, and determination - and she did it! I was fascinated hearing her story of how she found different things for the house and put them all together. That roof above the bed is not just gorgeous, it has a function — what a great idea.

Refreshing to see a tiny home with so much repurposed and recycled materials. I'm not against the trend of shiny new tiny homes but this was why I really liked tiny homes. For the sense that you can reuse materials and have the quality of life you want with just enough space. I'm thinking of getting a shell built and finding reusable items for the interior. Hope to find as many free things are she did! I'm looking on marketplaces and apps all the time seeing what is low cost or being given away.

I don't know what it is, but with some people you just can't imagine that not EVERYONE likes them instantly. So with this lady. She is lovely. And I adore her house. We often describe a place as "having character" even if it's just pretending to have it - but here it's clear that this little house has been built with love and care and a really smart brain, too.
