That's impressive. There's a lot of British born Chinese Cantonese speakers who can't speak it as well as you do. Cantonese is really difficult to get the tones exact but you are really good.

The biggest difference between Hong Kong dim sum and London is the portion size. Brits are HUGE people and eat a LOT. Hong Kong dim sum is about half the size and you get two or three pieces. This is so you can get a variety of items. Fried rice or noodles are the LAST thing to eat.
