Thank you for this! Do you have it in an excel or word-format? My personal best is 37:19 on 10k, and I want to be able to improve on that time but the lest years I have been struggling with osteoarthritis and now sciatic nerve, so I have given myself 1 year to be able to beat that record now. Do you have any tips to a training plan for the next 50 weeks that could get me there? And also mobility excersises and warm up routines to help better my injuries?

Hi, id like to crack 39 mins, and my most recent interval session was 4 x 2km intervals at 3:48 average with 75 seconds rest. I did an 8k tempo last week non stop at 3:53 and im wondering what pace i could expect to run in a 10k race? also (sorry for the essay!) I find my pace always drops in km 4-6, any tips for that? In early September I ran a 10k tempo and I dropped to 4:01-4:03 in km 4 and 5, then km 6 and 7 in 3 54, km 8 and 9 in 3:49 and 10 in 3:53. I cant seem to push through the mid point mental struggle.
