My mom is 75. She has dementia. She called me 2 weeks ago to tell me she couldn't find her phone and that's why shes being mean to my sister. She couldn't find her phone. If I watched a video of sombody mocking my mom after hurting her. I can say without the slightest of doubts that my emotions would be uncontrollable and whatever that means.

One year later, only after release. Strip their uniforms off of them and throw them into jail. Dislocating a shoulder and breaking the arm of an elderly, demented woman. Training doesn't affect psychopathy...

WTF it takes training to hear her crying in pain. She didn't do anything wrong, she tried to pay for the items at crapmart but they refused to let her pay and took the items back.

What they did to that poor old lady that was picking wildflowers brings tears to my eyes. That cop not only should be fired, but needs to go to prison. He is a psychopath and sadist, and should be placed in general population.

Deeply troubling? Is he joking? Their conduct was outrageous, brutal, and criminal. They should all be fired and indicted.

These monsters have to be fired and charged with assault. Or endangerment and any and all charges that apply. Then, they need to go back over all of his arrests and watch the footage to see what else he did. Maybe search his house and property for any skeletons. He seems to REALLY enjoy inflicting pain.

This IS NOT a training issue. The system has to be rigged for these officers to behave in this manner. This was torture of a defenseless citizen. Very stiff charges should be brought against all of the cops and the police chief.

Remember the Rodney King beating, it only went to trial cause it got caught on camera. Can you imagine the decades upon decades of police brutality that has been covered up before the use of cameras became prevalent? Are you going to tell me that this is not pervasive and systemic in law enforcement? We are outraged now because we are witnessing it being done to one of the most vulnerable segment of society but this has always happened, we just didn’t record it on camera and share it for the world to see.
