When i try to mount .vhdx file, that is Hard disk image file in Windows 10, i am getting the error 'Couldn't Mount File': The disk image isn't initialized, contains partitions that aren't recognizable, or contains volumes that haven't been assigned drive letters. Please use the Disk Management snap-in to make sure that the disk, partitions, and volumes are in a usable state.
How to fix - Solution: Right click the vhdx file, go to properties. From the properties Windows Unblock Security option 'This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer'.
Otherwise, try copy the file to different location and try mounting.

Thank you!
Alternative method to try is to duplicate the file and try with the copy. -> Select the file and hit ctrl-c + ctrl-v
