5 Don'ts for Lady Armor #Shorts

5 of my pet peeves when it comes to fantasy armor designs for women. Because you know what isn't ever necessary and is asking for a rolled ankle? Stiletto heels in combat.

Metal directly on skin is also bad in extreme cold or extreme heat. Contact burns and frostbite both ruin your day.

Armor with full body exposed expect for breasts and thigs: 50+ defense

I wanna see a game that gives 2 armor styles for any armor, male or female, and the options would essentially be practical or basically iron bikini. Women clad in plate mail and men wearing nothing but iron crop tops and steel underwear fighting side by side.

Plus if it's gonna get hot, armor on bare skin is a recipe for literally cooking yourself.

To be fair: If you fight using a bizarre fantasy sword, you're begging for a bizarre fantasy armor to match.

i have to say vids like this are VERY useful for me as an artist, knowing what does and doesnt work for combat is a must and there is very little information pandered specifically to female fitted armour

Love the Leona reference cause it’s actually true. Her lore says that she is the aspect of the sun, a warrior who breaks with the beliefs and traditions of her people, she has otherworldly powers and is a bulwarklike fortress of a tank.
