I have a problem with my games
So i purchased minecraft on the ps4 and i checked my ps4 and those games are working on the account i bought it in
I went to my ps5 which i recently upgraded to and did all the steps you guys said to do in the video and my Minecraft and rainbow 6 siege are still not working on the account i bought those games in

P.s:yes i am downloading the ps4 version instead of the ps5 version

* Sometimes the issue could be that you have Share played a game with a friend so a lock will appear on your game of the same type.
The solution is to simply delete your friends Share played game, Restart your console & you should be good.

Still not working...i have a problem with the game Division 2 ...he let me to download...but when i try to play and press start the game it say i need to buy it ...but also i buy this games 4 years ago ...even if i try to buy again he dont let me because it show me only "Download trial" ...and in the left side in store is shows me purchased ...and if i press on that it say download the trial ...what the hell

You can just primary your friend, brother, sister and cousin account that bought the game and primary your account

The game has a padlock and is telling me to buy it again, I tried everything that this video said and it still won't work. I'm asking the comments for help...

So I may have a solution for anyone still having issues. Although this solution was for a SPECIFIC problem I had so it may not work for your specific issue either.

I had a uninstalled PS5 game that was locked even though I had the disk. When I put the disc into the PS5 it would just spin and not install.

I tried to restore licenses and clear the data cache and neither worked.

Then I had the idea to switch to a guest account and install the game on the guest account.

I went to the the account in the upper right on the main screen. Then clicked “switch user”. Then “add user”. Then “quick play”. Then it took me to the guest account. The game was not installed and therefore not locked so I was able to enter the disc and it started installing. I paused the install with the disc still in the console. Then switched the user back to my main account. The install will still be in progress and you SHOULD be able to resume it and install it on your main account. I hope this helps someone as I had given up on even playing this game again until I discovered this.

My copy of hogwarts legacy locked when I was 90% of the way through the game. None of these tips worked and reaching out to support was pointless. All they could tell me was to reset my whole ps5 database, lose everything and maybe it would work. I will not pay for the game a second time.

I purchased a game (snowrunner) for free with my premium subscription and now its not free but i had it already before it got taken off of the PlayStation plus. It got locked and now i can't play it. Is it due to it not being free anymore? Ive tried all the other suggestions and it wont unlock.
I already deleted it (like the video suggested) and now i have to go snd purchase it again for $40 now.
