How to FIX PlayStation Games LOCKED Glitch PS+ April 2024
PS4 PS5 owners are facing a big headache after the PS+ Premium games where released. Video games that gamers have purchased are locked and or trying to access games from PlayStation Plus are also locked. Hopefully Sony to fix this issue asap and maybe throw in some free stuff for the gamers that experience issues.

Im only locked out of certain ubisoft games included with ps plus extra.. its ridiculous for me to pay money for a game not to work. Also it's ridiculous for company to make customers support so hard to reach 😢

I only noticed this problem today. i was going to download one of my free plus games again, and they're all locked. i hope they unlock them all again

Nothing works it shows transaction history and the games are purchased, downloaded, and locked. Hold a premium acount that doenst expire untill aprill 2024 * wont renew again* problem was there before upgrading to ps5. Now its worse.

Ps needs to fix this im literally a ps plus premium an cant download dysmantle again because it was locked and said i need to be premium which i am. Decided to buy it. Now it shows the price as if i didn't buy it when i click on it it says i already own it but yet no way to fucking download and its atill locked wtf dude. I literally planned a day for my son and i to play this. So pissed.

I pay 13 pound a month for me to download a game and then I delete it to make space and then try re-download it for that certain game to be locked? Absolute joke and then for the ps monthly games to be absolutely terrible as well!

So, long story short, restart PS5 and modem, if that doesnt work, restore the licences, and if THAT doesnt work, we're supposed to just wait?
Edit: turns out, playstation is just removing those (specifically, the playstation plus games from the subscription) games from the network completely, meaning if you want to keep playing it, you have to buy it.

I guess this is due to the latest patch, because I noticed also a couple of my plus games was locked...hopefully fixed in the next update.

And also if the games are locked it means they are not for free to DL on the playstation plus store means u need to buy them again sadly

I bought the disc copy of elden ring, but i do not have the disc copy anymore and it now has a lock saying i need to buy elden ring again.

not all games are showing up in my licence list
i brought ps4 version of hade forbidden west that was locked to but i hade a disk so i could unlock it
but horizon zero down with i got free from ps plus subscription is not showing up in licences list and remaining locked

Recently discovered this for just all the far cry games for me restored the licenses all of them came back except for far cry 5

I recently got PS Plus premium and I'm trying to get kingdom hearts (which I played before previously before my recent subscription ended) and its showing a locked logo over it even though I've played it before and gotten a new playstation plus premium

I purchased the game with the subscription for 1795 when I bought my PlayStation and now it’s not letting me do nothing. I was just literally playing it yesterday and then my subscription ran out. I re-updated my subscription and now I’m locked out tried to unlock it.
