Fun fact. When Chris Kyle left the SEALs to start up a new company called Craft International, he made use of the Punisher skull as a logo for the company. It paid homage to Ryan Job, one of Kyle’s close friends and fellow SEAL, in two ways: it had a cross motif on the right eye mirroring Job’s injury and it featured a quote he said to a reporter in light of the 2009 Somali pirate attack immortalized in the movie Captain Phillips in which SEAL snipers took headshots at the pirates and saved an American boat captain, “Despite what your momma told you, violence does solve problems.”
