Best Simple Chicken Curry

I've cooked this recipe twice this last week, family loved it & now my neighbours too. Thanks Nagi :)

I used:
chicken tenderloins
400ml can coconut milk
half red capsicum, sliced
6-8 baby potatoes, quartered

That's almost the same the recipe I've developed myself. In Brazil it is not in the habit to have curry dishes, but there was this restaurant that used to serve chicken curry and when it closed I couldn't find anywhere else. Shame on me to not having asked the owners for the recipe. The only difference is that I use fresh milk cream and add large slices of onions. I will try with coconut milk as soon as possible!

I made this last night. It was very good. I used coconut cream instead of milk, and added a bit of tomato paste :-)
