You can also make a perfect circle at the left intersection of the grid lines. Click there, pull your cursor to the right grid line, then pull down as to make your circle. Your way is also a good option. Good tutorial video.

All of your examples show a single line of text (approximately 5 words) that is on the same circular path. What if I have a lot more text (10+ words) and I need it to be on two lines instead of just one?
