Mine was also stuck but it didn't get back to normal. Another fix for this issue instead of directly replacing the volume switch is just press your volume down button while powering on. It negates the stuck volume up button signal and prevents the phone from going into recovery mode.

I have the same problem, my volume up button is very sensitive, even when slightly touch it it goes up, but when i rebooted it went into recovery and it works there but it wont reboot, it goes back to recovery again, i didn't look at it some time and now its in safe mode, volume up button still sensitive
