The best solution that I am sure about working effectively is :
1) Press the third option
(Connect with MiAssistant)

2)Put the phone in charge
3)Dont do anything else and wait for arounf 5 minutes maximum
4) Voila, your phone would restart by itself to the actual lock screen.
