I’ve been watching/listening to Dr. Peterson for a long time now, and noticed a steady increase of him talking about Jesus Christ, God, the bible etc and always wanted to know what in his life during that time happened that brought him closer to that… Im currently in what I call “spiritual limbo” and have started doubting some of the things I used to believe in (god, Jesus etc) I really admire Jordan and if someone as intelligent as him believes, that gives me hope that maybe there is something to those things

Christ the King, carpenter and shepherd, was also low on the socio-economic totem pole. The Son of God, the eternal and divine Word of God pitched His tent with the lowly ones. How magnificent is that?

Those that drop their ego and are humble and regret for their sins shall be first in the eyes of God. The Parable of the Publican and the Pharisee is a parable of Jesus that appears in Luke 18:9-14. Very well put something i had been pondering on earlier this year, why are so many characters in the Bible shepherds and the Holy Spirit said to me because a shepherd cares for his flock! And Christ is the great shepherd!

In the post-flood world, the first shepherd was Shem, the second-born son of Noah. He settled in the Kidron Valley, and called his settlement Salem, which is the root of the word Shalom, and means "peace". As his settlement grew to become a city, it became known as Jerusalem.

Shem's family line were the farmers and shepherds. There's a deep connection between Jerusalem, Shem and God that has yet to be revealed.

He completely subverted how the Jews had envisioned their Messiah to come. They imagined a warrior, from a wealthy family (since poverty was believed to be a sign of spiritual weakness as well), who would lead a military rebellion against the Romans and set the Jews back in charge of their lands. However, Jesus came back as a carpenter not a warrior. And as a nomad with nowhere to lay His head, not an affluent general. And He defeated the tyranny of Rome and death itself by submitting to the will of the Father even to the point of death (both physically and spiritually). Jesus decided that He valued our reconciliation with God more than His own life. And that is how we should all conduct ourselves, in light of His beautiful and unending love. Merry Christmas!

In my view, the meaning of 'the last will be first ' is that whoever comes to Christ no matter how late, there's equal reward for everyone.

I have also been reading about Lugh from Irish myths. He was a child of Cian from the Tuatha De Dannan and Ethniu, daughter of Balor of the Fomorians. The Tuatha De Dannan, while prone to selfish behaviors, are associated with order and justice as the Fomorians are associated with chaos. In fact, Balor was a monster and their leader. He was a giant with one eye that could unalive anyone who gazed upon it. Lugh slayed him.
I also read about the Monkey King. He was the Chinese trickster God who started off as a villain and then became a folk hero.
Sometimes, the bad boy looks at who he was when he was younger and realizes he doesn't want to be that way. Hence, the Lucifer effect. Good people turn bad. Bad people turn good. It's portrayed in movies fairly well. Despicable Me. Megamind. I was the bad boy when I was younger. Jordan is also right about the psyche meds and the shadow. I became a monster and awakened something dormant in me. I reflected on my life and realized I was extremely selfish. I couldn't stay out of jail or being locked up. Now, I think altruistic approaches may work better, but I know I'm darker than any person on this planet. Can you be born of evil and choose to do good? Lugh was and did.
Now, how do I escape this reality and end up in a parallel universe like Alfheim literally.

“How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.

This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

John Testifies Again About Jesus

I take care of the vulnerable but in the wrong ways. I know how to by means that deemed morally wrong. Like I've said many times at the end of the day an anti villian is still just a villian and goes to he'll. On one hand I wish I could believe there's a God.
