I wonder how many people do this. I’ve never touched my tank and that thing is spotless. Some people’s tanks look like someone sh*t in them, and it’s because they use cleaning products where they shouldn’t.

The city water is loaded with chemicals that corrode toilet tank parts...I'm a handyman...repairing many many toilets.
(I live in the country and have a well...havent repaired my home's toilets since I built the house....in 1992!)

Theres a piece on the bottom of the tank where you screw the water source into, the one on our toilet broke. Is it replacable or do i need a new toilet?
