I was in my best shape and posture when I was dancing regularly. The core is everything! So glad that I subscribed to Ballet Beautiful to keep me on my toes again! Ha!

Thank you for reminding me that I need to fix my posture. I started to lift my chin and raised my phone up as I was watching. I will keep reminding myself at those times to keep my head, neck, shoulders and back straight.

Well, I got lucky found this video hadn’t seen Mary for a long while and again she’s just AKAMAI brilliant I love the way she interprets her dance and movements to us appreciate her very very much. Thank you for the video Mary.

Many thanks for that – mostly things I'd been doing for ever, but it's lovely to have one's convictions validated by a professional dancer. One thing I will disagree with, however, is using the speakerphone in public. It's intrusive and downright rude. I make an effort to minimise making phone calls in public for a start anyway (who wants to hear someone else's boring chatter?) but never, ever use the speaker function outside home.
