I'd imagine he'd get angry and upset at the sight of Trish. Like he knows she's not his wife and he'll sense that she's not human. Then on top of just that: Dude was gone, his family was attacked, his wife died, his sons set adrift from one another for years. Even if he was completely in the dark, the moment he learns of original purpose of Trish's existence, hell, I'd say you'd besmirch the memory of his wife Eve and that alone incites wraith.
Although, I'd figure if Dante was there, the tension would ease up a bit after some explanation.

The mystery of Sparda’s disappearance is something I like to see explored in a future game, novel, or manga. Perhaps with Dante and Vergil Learning how Sparda died and finding his final resting place in the Demonworld. Or with Lady, Trish, Lucia, and Nero doing it on Earth. Depending on what the writers come up with.

My theory is that Sparda would only see Trish as a daughter that he and his wife always wanted. One to be more like Eva herself. He would also see both Lady and Nico as daughters he didn’t knew about. While also seeing Nero more as the son he always wanted. One who never rejects both his humanity and demonic inheritance. Which would be safe to say that he’s a better father to all of those who have deadbeat dads. So basically this whole series was just the sons of Sparda meeting their half siblings while stopping psychopaths from going too far. While learning what family is all about.

Honestly if he came back he'd probably not be thinking straight so I imagine Trish would be in danger since he'd probably be able to smell mundus off of her and he'd probably hold them up villain style as he asks why she took this form implying if she doesn't answer quickly there won't be the ability to answer the question.

If this was Trish before Dante changed her, just another demon to take out.
If this is the one that was, he would study her for a glace then feel indifferent and have neutral opinions until he comes to like her, being like his late wife could make him feel happy or maybe just stays neutral, likely even is just feeling positive about her.
