I bought the M1 MacBook Pro and tried using MAC OS for the first time as a Windows/PC user. This isn't a review, just a rant of the problems and things I've noticed that I find annoying.

Most of us have too much experience using windows "since childhood for some", MacOS felt weird when i first got my Macbook air but now i don't even miss windows.

Once you use MacOS for at least 6 months, you'll appreciate how incredibly well organised it become's. besides proper top tier gaming everything you do on windows for free you can also do on Mac for a fee.

What I think:

1)Best phone = Android
2)Best Tablet = IPad
3)Best Laptop = Windows Device

im a windows user, just got an m2 MacBook, I use both one for gaming one for like...everything else and Mac OS is a learning curve but I love the way it looks and pretty much everything about my Mac.

You have to hold CMD first, then tab, or ~ to switch in-app window.

Biggest fail on Mac is you cant minimize multiple tabs to a taskbar. I work on multiple Word docs at once and jump around from documents, pdf docs, web browser, etc., and i cant do that on a Mac. If this is possible on a Mac, please let me know?

I got my first Macbook in the states to save on taxes, so it came with an American keyboard obviously, so I'm used to working on both keyboards easily, like a multi-lingual keyboard warrior haha, but I loved my first Macbook in 2011, it lasted me until 2018 and I switched to Lenovo and now use my Windows laptop Zbook for work, but I plan on going back to Macbook in 2024 when the new chips come out on the Pros, hopefully, I haven't forgotten everything from using Windows for so long! :)

I bought my first mac laptop in january of 2022. I genuinely tried daily driving it but it reached to point that I was about to rip my hair out. sold it about 1 week ago shifted back to windows with zephyrus g14.

For me the main issue was with muscle memory on keyboards. I even bought an expensive keyboard that can work both with windows and macbook (MX keys by logitech) but I just couldn't deal with the minor annoyances of macOS. So if anyone is shifting from windows to macOS. I genuinely don't recommend it.
