Easy chocolate muffin recipe. Super soft and fluffy. Easy Baking

Super easy and delicious chocolate muffins recipe! Just mix everything together, bake and these yummy and simple plain muffins without chocolate chips are ready to be served with your cup of tea or coffee.
So soft, moist and fluffy , you will never buy chocolate muffins again! Nothing compares to a homemade freshly baked muffins. Impress your loved ones with your baking skills, but don't tell them how easy it was ;)

This recipe makes 12 chocolate muffins.
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Baking time: 25 minutes.
Total: 35 minutes.

RECIPE:
2 eggs
125ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
250ml (1 cup) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
320g (2+2/3 cups) flour
40g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50g (1/4 cup) chocolate chips (optional) - I did not add chocolate chips

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 360F / Gas mark 4.
Baking time: 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Every oven is different, cooking times may vary slightly, keep checking it every 5 minutes after 20 minutes of baking.

So that you don’t need to keep going through the video (not saying the video is bad sometimes it can be annoying to keep re winding you know?)

3 eggs, whisk until fluffy and light (for a minute or more/less)
125ml = 1/2 cup veg oil
250ml =1cup milk
Whisk to combine (15 seconds)
200g=1cup sugar whisk to combine (15secs)
320g=2 and 2/3 cups plain flour +
40g = 1/3 cup cocoa powder +
1tbs baking powder +
1/2 tbs salt
Mix in the sift briefly

Then sieve it
Mix to combine
Add in 50g = 1/4cup of cocoa chips (optional)

For the baking = 3:08
