Ethanol fuel strikes again.

This bike sat for only 3 and 1/2 months and the fuel caused the pilot jet to get clogged. The ATV would not idle because of this. Be sure to use ethanol-free fuel when you can.

It also causes issues with outboard motors.I couldn't believe what my fuel lines looked like after a year and carbs after sitting for 6 months.

Or, close the petcock and idle it until the engine runs out of fuel after each use. The bowl will be left empty not allow fuel to oxidize and clog jets or the pilot circuit.
