With all due respect, I dont know what plausible reason or logic was contained in your video, but I think there were still three more renowned, worldly well-known dams which were not included in your 15 list of the largest dam on earth, namely The Three Gorges Dam in China, the Itaipu dam in Brazil and the Hoover Dam in The States. As far as I know the Three Gorges dam which holds back the Yangtze river has claimed the title of the lalrgest dam in the world for many years, but it wasn't appeared in the list, neither were the Hoover dam and the Itaipu. Several dams in your list were not unknown to me and their names are not as familiar as the two famous dams I just mentioned to😊

Please correct your mistakes....MANGLA DAM is in Pakistan in AJ&K ( INDEPENDENT AZAD JAMMU AND KADHMIR REGION, which was liberated by the kashmir resistance groups from INDIA ) and not occupied KASHMIR which is in INDIA.

137m of water drop. Both power statiosn are underground, LG2 was largest in the world for a very long tme.
part fo James bay project which has a number of dams along the La Grande River, and diverted part of Canapiscau, all of Opinaca, Eastmain and part of Rupert rivers into the La Grande basic (Reservoir Robert Bourassa) with all the water flowing through LG2 or LG2A and then down river, a smaller LG1 at 1400mw. (flow of river).
In total, 11 power stations in the water basin created for this.
