i have a traxxas slash vxl 4x4, it is pretty expensive, but it is unbreakable. i am so happy with it, the speed is great and you can buy parts verry easy

Torment ruckus is a good starter truck to build what I started with only thing is the motor placement is in the rear but still a fun truck

My rlaarlo rog1 is nice for 150 bucks but its so fragile and parts shop from china and take a month to arrive, theyre out of stock for the part i need and i probably used it about 2 or 3 hours since it was brand new and its broken multiple times.

I don't have any Maverick or Rolaarlo, but I have several of each of the others. I agree with you on the HBX and MJX thing. I was a huge HBX fan, but when Hypergo put out the brushless 1/16 3s, I got two.

I have a wltoys as a first RC. Pricing is just right considering its durability lol. A month of light bashing and front swing arm got obliterated. Upgraded it to metal swing arm then the rear axle and differential broke. The next month, deans connector detached from wire, changed it to xt60.

Body's durability is surprisingly strong though
