Pro tip, never plug a cheap Chinese usb charger into your pc. They have been known to contain malware! Check they only have two pins (power only) on the connector first at least.

You can get the cheapie programming cards for em and adjust the "punch" setting up to like 7 or 8 to "fix" that lag issue. Some of the cheap ESCs (hobbyfang, looking at you) seem to do that, even up to like 60 amps, even with a very mild gearing. 3s helps of course, but its better to get the settings happy cuz it'll work better both ways.
