People who do not cook at home are really missing out on a very important part of the dining experience. I just love the aromas produced as the recipes come together. Those smells gradually open the appetite and by the time one sits at the table that first bite is like heaven. I want to learn the recipe for tacos de cazuela. What you and Lalo are giving your children is a beautiful childhood, there are no luxuries, comforts, video games or other distractions that can compete with a simple life, in an environment as healthy as the ranch, surrounded by a warm community in which they are integrated, where they have the freedom to play freely and learn responsibility by taking charge of their tasks in the house and taking care of the animals, I know this because I grew up on a ranch in Jalisco very similar to yours, near Arandas, congratulations on your channel numbers, you deserve that success.

I love to come home and watch your show. I was so excited when you posted 28 minutes ago I just got home from work. I enjoy your cooking. I make the pico I the cucumber like you do plus avocado.
