It’s kind of nice to see a USA born and raised woman living in Mexico and liking most everything about life there. It’s a way to see how the conditions for making a living in Mexico has improved, especially in recent years. Because in the 80s and 90s things got so difficult that great numbers of people were forced to leave their homes to find a better living in the USA, including myself. Now I can’t wait to retire so that I can go back to my village and enjoy life there again.
I would love to taste everything you cook. Those tuna sandwiches looked delicious.

My husband remembers his brother doing the same thing to level. They are from Mexico and my husband said it is the most accurate way to level. Coming along quickly!

I can’t believe how beautiful the houses in mex are, I’m stunned! They seam much more heavy duty than the ones here in the us, they are made out of wood and that doesn’t seam ideal when there’s tornadoes etc😅 we need them made like those.

Thanks for the tour. believe it or not I love the rustic appeal of the rancho. The unpaved roads that give mother nature expression and the fact that homes reflect the personality of the owner is also appealing. Here, entire communities are built by developers and the homes all resemble each other with slight variance. People riding horses down the street, being allowed to keep farm animals, pure heaven.
