Astronaut Chris Hadfield Reveals the Surprising Difference Between Fear and Danger
Показать описание
In this video, astronaut and former Canadian Space Agency Commander, Chris Hadfield, discusses the difference between fear and danger.
Fear is a response to something that we perceive as potentially harmful or dangerous. Danger is something that we perceive as potentially harmful or dangerous, but is actually not. For example, a thunderstorm is a fear event, because we hear the sound of thunder and know that it is dangerous. A car accident is a danger event, because we see cars crashing and know that it is dangerous.
