"We got our tortilla, wah it got away" seeing a grown man say that in space is so oddly wholesome

Whenever he gets back to earth he's gonna drop so many things while he's cooking.

Imagine saying, “oh no my tortilla floated away”.

He is my fave astronaut. He just seems so down to Earth when he is literally in space

“can’t rip it, fortunately we have space scissors”

This just keeps getting better and better

Chris is that teacher who makes the whole class laugh, and gives you another opportunity to do your homework in case you forgot.

"Whoa my tortilla got away" is a sentence I thought I would never hear

I just love that despite the painstaking processes of making food sterile and all that, he uses crud-covered scissors to open the peanut butter.

"Yo Chris, where's my tortilla?"
"Look up."
"Oh, thanks."

“We have space scissors”
Me: “oh cool”
The space scissors: just ordinary scissors attached to wire

Imagine studying, training, working so rigorously for almost decades just to end up chasing a flying tortilla.

It's not everyday you see someone chasing after their tortilla

I love it how Chris makes these short clips on how actual life is in space. We usually never get to see these small every day things the astronauts have to do besides their work. Oh, by the way, he is the first singer to sing David Bowie's 'space oddity' in space. Well done.

I love the "speed limit 17, 500" sign in the background, astronauts definitely like their dad jokes!

I can’t remember which astronaut it was, but when they were back on earth doing a news interview they went to put a pen in the air and you could tell they thought it was going to stay there floating and their face was priceless when they remembered gravity
