I have always thought about life existing outside of this planet even, if, it is (temporary) microbes. If water is present, and also, various stimulating factors, then life could indeed exist. Hopefully, it has been proven within our visible Universe that carbon is the blueprint of life, whatever, it is. I am certainly hopeful that James Webb has detected the rudimentary elements of life.

Dufus can't see how contradictory his first two statements are. If you know it "has to be", then you already know how to prove it, it's not a question. Otherwise it's not really "has to be". What he's saying is science fiction, wishful thinking, or blind faith... but certainly not science.
