Wear wax after you eat and too bed ... Cause when you get up the first day ur mouth is sore ... also wear chapstick to the Orthodontist cause ur lips get very dry .
This is a little tips or advice before u get braces.😁

Everytime my dentist use that special plier thingy, I thought my lip were going to bleed. 😂

I’ve only had mine for 3 months. Tbh I eat whatever I want and it’s fine. All of the times the brackets came off it was because when I first got them on they didn’t let the glue dry all the way. As long as u chew with the flats of ur teeth it’s all good just don’t eat on the edge

To live with braces is not that bad.Only the first day it's hard to eat (I even couldn't sleep, but with you it might be different).I'm still with braces, but my dentist told me I'll leave them after 2 years.There's nothing scary in the braces...😊

When I had braces I have NEVER done that and when I got my braces off, my teeth were still beautiful
